Housing Land and Property Rights of Syrian and Iraqi displaced populations in Iraq and Kurdistan 

UNHCR - 2023


Justice CoLab supported UNHCR in Kurdistan through a six-month advisory assessing legal frameworks, refugee rights, and compensation mechanisms to explore pathways for recognising housing, land and property rights and advancing durable solutions for displaced communities.
